support options to meet your individual business needs and get the most from
your Time & Attendance Product.
All Peninsula Time Clock products
include15 day free technical support. This gives our customers an opportunity to
set up their hardware or software with assistance from our trained
representatives. If you find that you need, or feel more secure with technical assistance after the 15
days, we offer support alternatives as listed below.
Peninsula Time Clock's Annual
Support Plan is designed to provide your company with an easy way to maintain
and protect your investment in your time and attendance system.
| SOFTWARE SUPPORT
Free Updates and
Version Upgrades along with Streaming for issues that may occur during
use.
While you are covered under the support plan, you will have access to the
latest versions of your software when they become available. These
versions upgrades are normally chargeable items which you will receive
free while under the support plan. |
HARDWARE SUPPORT
1 Year Manufacturer Warranty
If your clock goes down, for any reason other than acts of God, Negligence
or Vandalism, you are fully covered on all Parts and Labor. With our
Support Agreement your manufacturer warranty repair is expedited by us so
as your down time is minimal. |
Unlimited Toll-Free
Telephone Support
If you have any questions with the operation or support of your system,
you will have unlimited access to a trained factory support representative
via our toll-free telephone support number. If you are not covered by the
support plan, these calls are billed on a per incident basis. |
Extended Warranty (after 1st year)
An Extended Warranty can be purchased separately after the first
year which will extend the standard warranty that came with your
product. While under warranty, or with this plan, your time clocks will be
covered for free parts and labor to repair defects in materials or
workmanship. It also covers worn or broken parts. |
