The terminal uses a badge reader to record employee punches, and the 12-button keypad allows employees to enter tips, transfer between departments or enter a PIN in place of badge use. All of this transaction data is kept safe by a standard internal 5-year lithium battery backup.

PayClock  PC3500

Each PC3500 terminal is powerful enough to handle 600 employees and hundreds of transactions before polling. Features of the terminal include badge validation, department transfer validation, a worked hours counter and bell ringing.

Dozens of standard management labor reports are included. Choose the desired report, select the employee to be displayed, pick the desired date range, push a button to print or export the data to your business programs, into HTML, or even e-mail the report to a colleague directly from the program.
