| When going to save after
populating employee screen and schedules, I get an error "43"
not enough memory. |
You are probably running Windows "98"
operating system. Windows "98" needs the updated service pack
from Microsoft. Go to Microsoft web site and
download their service pack then restart your computer and log back
into the ATR software. |

exports are available? |
Generic Exports, QuickBooks Pro 2000, ADP
for windows, Paylink for windows, Peachtree complete, preview for windows,
ADP & Paychex |
| I ran an
upgrade & my 9800 software is coming up in Demo mode. How can I
resolve it? |
You want to make sure that the 9800.dat
file from the previous version was copied into the new version. Also check
to make sure Hasp Key is secure. |
| When I run a
time card report, all my employees are on separate pages. Why? |
In the report you have the option for a
condensed report. If selected no, employees time card will be separate. If
selected yes, they will be combined. |
| I want to
move the software to a new machine. Can I just move the folders? |
No. First you will need to install the
ATR9800 software on the machine you wish to use. Once you have completed
the install, you can move the Data & 9800.dat file to the 9800 folder
on the new machine. Also, take the Hasp key from old machine & place
on new machine. |
| How many
employees can this system hold? |
There is no specific limit on the number
of employees to be implemented on the ATR9800. |
| When I run a
time card report, not all my employees are showing up. How do I resolve
this problem? |
When running the time card report, you
have the option to exclude or include Zero hour employees. Make sure that
exclude zero employee function is marked no. |
