| When I am entering new employees & click on save I receive an error 43. How can I resolve? | You may need to retrieve latest service packs for your windows operating system. Go to Microsoft Web site and download service packs, they will self install. |
| What payroll exports are available? | Generic Exports, QuickBooks Pro 2000, ADP for windows, Paylink for windows, Peachtree complete, preview for windows, ADP & Paychex. |
| How many employees can this system hold? | We do not recommend going over 300 on the ATR20/20 |
| I want to move the software to a new machine. Can I just move the folders? | No. First you will need to install the ATR20/20 software on the machine you wish to use. Once you have completed the install, you can move the Data & ATR20-20.dat file to the ATR20/20 folder on the new machine. Also, take the Hasp key from old machine & place on new machine |
| When I run a time card report, not all my employees are showing up. How do I resolve this problem? | When running the time card report, you have the option to exclude or include Zero hour employees. Make sure that exclude zero employee function is marked no. |
| I ran an upgrade & my ATR20/20 software is coming up in Demo mode. How can I resolve? | You want to make sure that the ATR20-20.dat file from the previous version was copied into the new version. Also check to make sure Hasp Key is secure. |
